Chalet 1907 is situated stand up above Montgenèvre village in a residential area facing south and with a scenic view on the surrounding mountains. This property decorated with lot of style can host 10-12 peoples on 310m². Easy to reach, private car park is available on site.

Built in 2015, this alpine chalet get all the facilities and modern equipment for a perfect stay. In less than 10 minutes by walk or by public free bus at 200m, get to the slopes to discover the Voie Lactée Resort. Back to the chalet, your Chalet Manager take care to light the fire place and prepare the wellness area.

You will find on the ground floor a ski room with boots dryer and a laundry room.

On the first level, the wellness area with jacuzzi and sauna is equipped, like the whole chalet, with an audio system allowing you to listen to your music with Wi-Fi. On this level you will also find an outbuilding with kitchen, living room with sofa, double bedroom, sleeping area with bunk bed and a bathroom.
On the second level, there is a spacious living room opening onto a large terrace with an open kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining area. A double bedroom with bathroom completes the floor as well as a pantry and toilets.

On the third level, there is a mezzanine living room with a giant screen and two bedrooms, the first one is a family room with three beds, two single beds on the mezzanine and one bathroom and the other one is a master bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and fireplace.

The top floor under the roof is occupied by a family room with four beds and a bathroom. The latter is ideal for children.
